Marissa Nebenzahl Sinha is an attorney with the Walnut Creek office of McDowell Shaw & Garcia. Ms. Sinha received her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2007. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego where she graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Management Science in 2003, with honors from the Economics Department.
Ms. Sinha’s litigation practice includes the defense of personal injury lawsuits involving motor vehicle and commercial trucking accidents, and premises liability claims, the majority of which have underlying SIU issues. Ms. Sinha also defends construction-related disputes on behalf of both general and subcontractors, including personal injury, defect, and contract claims. In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Sinha assists with the investigation of first and third party insurance claims. Ms. Sinha’s work experience includes working in higher education as an Adjunct Professor and Director of Employer Relations at Santa Clara University School of Law.
Ms. Sinha is licensed to practice law in the State of California, and is admitted to practice in the Eastern and Northern District federal courts. She is a member of the Anti-Fraud Alliance, Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada, and the Defense Research Institute.
